I spent 35 years designing, building, and painting scenery for the stage, exploring both 2 and 3 dimensional visual arts in various mediums.
I believe that both the visual arts and the preforming arts, whether realistic or abstract, should be a reflection of the human condition. They should stimulate and elicit response, ultimately satisfying our need for creative expression.
Now retired, I continue to explore, adding variety and new dimensions to my arts: acrylics, pastels, jewelry, and masks - each influencing and enriching the other.
